Jerry Shannon

Jerry’s philosophy is that education, exercise and nutrition are the three driving components that will guide you to reach your fitness goals and to start your way to live a healthy way of life.

With over 10 years of experience and certifications Jerry offers programs that support his client’s pursuit of a healthy way of life. Jerry is experienced in all aspects of training ranging from Weight loss/ General fitness, Runners, Fighters, Competitive bodybuilders, Competitive figure/bikini competitions etc… He also help’s and coaches other personal trainers to expand their knowledge in their business and has built several personal training programs for other companies.

Each program is assessment based to allow customization to the client’s needs. Nutrition plans, resistance training programs and cardiovascular exercise programs are included.
All programs are scientifically designed to deliver optimal results and are individually goal-oriented to ensure the realization of the respective fitness goal. If you have a health and fitness goal, Jerry will create the optimal program for any client.

Jerry is certified with the international association of certified trainers, ISSA, CPR/AED Certified and competes as an NPC bodybuilder.

Natalie Dix

Natalie is a NASM certified personal trainer who is passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals. She enjoys working with all age groups ranging from adolescents to seniors, she enjoys encouraging everyone to reach their full potential. Shannon Johns

Shannon developed a passion for health and fitness while on her own weight-loss journey. Discovering the many benefits of exercise and healthy eating habits, she changed her own life and was driven to become an expert in order to help others change their lives. Her genuine care for each of her clients sets her apart in the personal training industry.

As a NASM certified personal trainer, Shannon works with all age-groups and clients with a variety of goals and challenges. She cultivates a positive relationship with each client to help them reach beyond what they thought was possible.

When she’s not in the gym training clients, Shannon continues researching and expanding her knowledge in the ever-changing fitness industry, competes in the NPC Bikini division, and runs after her very curious preschooler.
